Tenacity Fitness is now introducing Kickboxing into your workout program!

Certified through Fitness Kickboxing of Canada, I will teach you the basics of kickboxing, leading you through a cardio rich workout, with the side benefit of releasing some inner aggression!

Kickboxing

45 minute to 1 hour sessions

 

Choose from one-on-one training, couples training, group training, prenatal and postpartum exercise design

 

Versatile workouts using dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, cables, Kickboxing gloves and pads, kettle bells, medicine balls, and battle ropes to target all areas of the body

                                                                  About Tenacity Fitness

 

                     I am a mother of two, Personal Trainer Specialist, Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Level 1 Certified Kickboxing Instructor, Fitness enthusiast and Competitor. 

​

With a background in CIS level basketball, and a life long passion for exercising and training, I know what it takes to get you the results you want, and deserve!

 

Tenacity Fitness was originally created to bring a convenient training service to those who aren't comfortable in a gym setting, or simply dont have the time to leave home and work out. 

 

My mission was to also bring awareness and offer safe methods to women who are pregnant and unsure if exercise is safe during pregnancy, and to women who are interested in getting back into shape postpartum.
